1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokenEnrich.com ("Service"), operated by TarquinBarnsby.com, or integrating our API or Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. API Usage, Keys & Quotas

TokenEnrich grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the TokenEnrich API in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.

• API Key Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must not expose secret keys in client-side public code or unauthenticated repositories.
• Rate Limits & Fair Use: You agree to adhere to the rate limits and monthly lookup quotas of your subscription plan. Automated scripts attempting to bypass quotas or flood gateways may be suspended.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use TokenEnrich for unlawful harassment, sending unsolicited spam in violation of CAN-SPAM / PECR, denial-of-service attacks, or attempting to probe private networks (SSRF).

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Paid plans (Builder at $29/mo, Growth at $79/mo, Agency at $199/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis via Stripe.

• Self-Serve Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click via the Customer Billing Portal in your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We provide 50 free lookups to evaluate the service before purchase. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the monthly quota has been partially consumed, except where required by law.

4. Service Availability & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime on our API endpoints and Redis gateway. However, TokenEnrich depends on open internet protocols (DNS registries, target website uptime). We do not warrant that all third-party domain lookups will succeed if a target website is offline, domain suspended, or blocking automated queries.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TarquinBarnsby.com and TokenEnrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
